About This Course
This comprehensive course offers a robust framework for enhancing problem-solving skills by leveraging Generative AI to identify, analyze, and resolve performance deficiencies within organizational processes.
Participants will be introduced to advanced techniques for identifying the root causes of performance failures and develop the competency to create effective corrective action plans using AI-driven tools and methodologies.

The course is structured as a progressive learning journey that takes participants from foundational problem identification skills to advanced solution implementation and evaluation. Learners will master the use of analytical tools and techniques, decision-making models, and group facilitation methods to address complex organizational challenges. Through interactive presentations, peer learning activities, and real-world case studies, participants will gain hands-on experience in applying these methodologies.

What You’ll Learn

By end of course, learners should be able to:

  • LO1 Upon completion of this learning unit, participants will demonstrate the ability to systematically identify performance deficiencies and root causes that impact organizational effectiveness. They will be able to apply various analytical tools and techniques to diagnose problems within organizational systems and processes, examine the causes and their broader organizational implications, and utilize appropriate group facilitation techniques to identify root causes collaboratively. Participants will also master the criteria and methods for shortlisting viable ideas using established problem-solving tools.
  • LO2 Upon completion of this learning unit, participants will demonstrate proficiency in developing comprehensive corrective plans and shortlisting viable solutions for organizational challenges. They will be able to apply various problem-solving and decision-making techniques, utilize appropriate decision-making models to arrive at preferred solutions, and understand the rationale behind different components of corrective action plans. Participants will also develop the ability to deduce relevant linkages and patterns to identify key organizational implications, create corrective action plans for identified shortfalls, and effectively shortlist and evaluate the most viable solutions using systematic problem-solving and decision-making tools.
  • LO3 Upon completion of this learning unit, participants will demonstrate competency in implementing and evaluating solutions for organizational challenges. They will be able to apply various problem-solving tools and techniques effectively, utilize appropriate methods to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and implementation plans, and understand the key factors that affect implementation success.
Participants will also develop the ability to determine preferred solutions using systematic methods, create comprehensive implementation plans, and conduct thorough evaluations of both the implemented solutions and the implementation process to ensure continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness.
